Yes, Priority1 Scoopers LLC pricing model is based on a standard sized yard. 1/8 acre (5445 square feet) If the service area is larger than 1/8 acre, there will be additional fees. We also use google earth to verify the size of the service area prior to our first cleaning.
Priority1 Scoopers LLC will clean all areas in the backyard including grass, artificial turf, patios, landscaped areas, flowerbeds, rock areas, pool decks and dog runs! We can also include the front or side yard(s) upon request. After scooping the waste, we will send you a picture of your secured gate.
Yes, Priority1 Scoopers LLC will need to have access to any gates on the property. Keeping the gates unlocked or providing alternate access will allow for service to be completed on time.
Yes, we love cleaning with dogs! If your dog has any reservations about us being on their territory, or has shown signs of aggression, we ask that you leave them inside during your cleaning. Ensuring the safety of our team is a top priority. If your dog is aggressive towards our team, you will be asked to put them inside or be completely removed from our route.
No, you don’t need to be home. Our team provides contactless service, and we’ll notify you when the job is complete.
At Priority1 Scoopers LLC, we bag and securely seal all waste collected from your yard. For eco-friendly reasons, we leave the bagged waste in your designated outdoor trash bin. This approach minimizes environmental impact and keeps your property clean and odor-free.
Priority1 Scoopers LLC provides a Pre-Service text to let you know we are on the way. After service, we send a post-Service text to let you know service is complete and the gate we entered/exited has been secured. The Post-Service text also starts the clock on our 24-hour Re-Scoop Guarantee.

Yes, you can request a specific cleanup day. Not every cleanup day will be available in your area, as our routes are created and based on geographic areas to ensure efficient service for all our customers.
Rain or shine, we’ll be there! If extreme weather prevents us from working, we’ll reschedule your service for the next available day.
Priority1 Scoopers LLC does not perform service in adverse weather. Customers are notified via text or email if service is suspended due to rain, snow, extreme temperatures, lightning, tornados, flash floods, hail or any other meteorological event not mentioned here.
Priority1 Scoopers LLC has designated “No Service Days“ and will not provide regularly scheduled services on those days.
Instead of receiving a bill at the end of each month, you pre-pay for our service with a subscription. We charge your card on the same day each month, which is the 1st day of each month. To ensure smooth payments, all clients are required to keep a card on file, regardless of whether they use our service once or continuously.
No contracts! You can start, pause, and cancel your subscription at any time by updating your customer portal or calling our office.
If Priority1 Scoopers team members are at a customer’s property but is unable to perform service due to locked gates, aggressive dogs in the service area or any other barrier to service, the customer will be charged for a full service.
A customer whose service is suspended will be notified via text and or email. All open invoices will have to be paid in full to reinstate service.
Yes. Priority1 Scoopers LLC has a 24-hour Re-Scoop Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your service just contact us via Text, Email or Voicemail within 24 hours of the completion of that service. We will come out and Re-Scoop at no additional charge.
