One-Time Complimentary Event Cleanup   Hosting a backyard party, cookout, or outdoor gathering? We include one free courtesy cleanup, so your yard is fresh, guest-ready, and spotless before the big day. 

What’s Included

• Scheduled Cleanup Before Your Event You notify the Priority1 in advance, and we schedule a visit to clean the yard before your gathering.
• Thorough Waste Removal Technicians perform a full poop scoop, ensuring the yard is clean, odor-free, and guest-ready.
• Optional Add-Ons Disinfectant Application and/or deodorizing application.

 Limited To Weekly and higher recurring plans 

(One-time benefit; The following conditions apply; Request must be received a minimum of 7 days in advance of event date, ineligible if yard is scheduled to be cleaned 2 days or less prior to event date. 

Complimentary Disinfectant / Sanitization. This pet-safe disinfectant treatment is applied on the 2nd visit for all new weekly and higher recurring plans, and every quarter during spring, summer, and fall — from March through November. It helps eliminate bacteria, neutralize odors, and reduce insect activity, keeping your yard fresh and hygienic all season long. 

What’s Included

• Disinfectant Application: A pet-safe solution (like Wysiwash or similar) is sprayed across high-traffic pet areas, especially where waste is frequently deposited.
• Odor Neutralization: Targets organic buildup and urine spots to reduce lingering smells.
• Insect Reduction: Helps deter flies, gnats, and other pests that are attracted to waste.
• Surface Sanitization: May include patios, decks, artificial turf, or kennel areas.

Free Poop Health Alerts   Included with every cleanup, we visually inspect pet waste for unusual signs — like worms, blood, discoloration, or abnormal consistency — and notify you if anything looks concerning. It’s a simple, proactive way to help pet parents catch potential health issues early and keep furry friends feeling their best.  

What’s Included in Poop Health Alerts

• Visual inspection of waste during regular service
• Noting abnormalities like:
  • Unusual color (e.g. black, green, pale)
  • Odd consistency (too loose, too hard, mucous-covered)
  • Presence of blood, worms, or foreign objects
  • Excessive volume or frequency
• Brief report or notification to the pet owner (text, email, or app-based)
• Optional photo documentation (with consent)
• Recommendations to consult a vet if signs persist

Included with your first cleanup for all recurring customers — and provided annually to help keep your outdoor space safe for pets, kids, and gatherings. We check for broken fencing, hazardous debris, and potential escape risks, so you can enjoy peace of mind every season.

• Visual walk-through of the yard during first regular service visit
• Visual walk-through of the yard annually
• Identification of safety concerns, such as:
  • Broken fencing or loose gates
  • Sharp objects or debris in pet areas
  • Standing water or drainage issues
  • Hazardous plants or chemicals
  • Excessive insect activity or nests
• Written report emailed
• Photo documentation provided if applicable

 Complimentary Small Debris Removal   We clear small trash items, minor yard hazards, and anything that fits in our dustpan — such as wrappers, bottle caps, twigs, and chewed-up toys. It’s an extra layer of cleanup that helps keep your yard safer, tidier, and more pet-friendly with every visit.  

What’s Considered “Small Debris”?

• Items that are small enough to be scooped into dustpan
• Bits of trash (plastic, wrappers, bottle caps)
• Broken toys or chewed-up items
• Sharp objects like nails or glass shards
• This does not include trees, branches, twigs, shrubs, leaves or grass clippings etc.

How It’s Done

• During a regular scooping visit, the technician does a visual sweep of the yard
• Debris is collected by hand or with a rake, depending on volume and size
• Items are bagged and disposed of by placing in the client’s trash bin
